The chairs would benefit from being reupholstered or a good clean. (Would be easy to reupholster) Please see photos but the chairs are in good order and structurally sound with no movement
The table is extendable to sit 6 people and has a very small chip mark to the top edge but very slight so not really noticeable. Uf you zoom into the 5th photo you may possibly see it on the right hand side of the table
Measures approx 105cm wide x 78cm high (extends to 143cm long)
The chairs measure approx 100.5cm high x 48cm wide and seat height is approx 48cm
I’ve taken photos outside so you can see the richness of the colour and the condition of the upholstery
