Vintage Lace Making Pillow, Along with Bobbins and Pins in a Carry Case
Cylindrical lace making pillow, surrounded by numerous wooden bobbins with threads wound around them and pins. (Tangled up and needs untangling) The pillow has a light blue fabric covering, with decorative trim and a green paper lace pattern pinned to it.
Fitted into a vintage circular carry case, which has wear and a broken handle. Has old newspaper cutting in one of the pockets which relates to 1951 so I guess it’s circa 1940’s- 1950s. Also has additional lace patterns enclosed and instructions on making lace which belonged to Mrs Graham
The case measures approx 40 x 19cm
