Lovely Vintage Christys London Imperial Black Top Hat With Fitted Box
The measurements around the inner part are approx 20cm long x 16cm wide that’s at its widest point (I don’t know the actual head size)
It comes with a fitted carry box made by Chapman & Sons Ltd of Shoreditch.
There is an old newspaper which dates back to about 1943 so I would presume hat is of that period or older
It’s in great condition with just the normal marks you would expect to the inner lining but as you can see from photos, it looks in good condition for its age
