Three Beautiful Hand Painted Victorian Bristol Blue Opaline Glass Vases
A beautiful collection of three Victorian era blue glass vases, each hand decorated with delicate floral motifs. The vases are all made in striking turquoise blue glass and feature enamelled and gilt decoration.
• Vase 1 (left): Bulbous base with long narrow neck, decorated with small yellow flowers and brown leaves.
• Vase 2 (centre): Tall flared rim with ruffled top, richly decorated with large gilt leaves and flowers.
• Vase 3 (right): Tapering cylindrical form with footed base, hand painted with pink flower, green foliage and gilt detail.
They measure approx 20cm in height and one of the pontils underneath looks like it snapped off when made with a bit of a chip or hollow as photographed
