Clifford Fisher is a Norfolk man, born in Kings Lynn, who has established a reputation as a vigorous, strong and adventurous artist.

Clifford has had many successful exhibitions and his paintings are in collections worldwide. The Queen Mother had five of his paintings.

As a Major in the Royal Norfolk Regiment, he served in Burma and in the European Theatre of War. He became Commanding Officer of the Far East Resettlement School and was the Founder Headmaster of the First Secondary School in South East Asia in Penang, Malaysia. He has been Headmaster of a number of large secondary schools in Great Britain.

Clifford Fisher has written over thirty books on educational subjects and has broadcast on radio and television. He is noted as an after-dinner/lunch speaker with a characterful style.

He is a Past President of the London Sketch Club and his silhouette is included in the roll of honour on the wall in the Sketch Club. He is also a member of the Chelsea Arts Club and a Life President of Brunel University

In the last year, he has had many honours bestowed on him including being made a 'Dewan' of the Clifford H Fisher Hall in Penang at the Golden Jubilee celebrations of the Georgetown Secondary School he founded in Malaysia.

He recently opened Coombe Secondary Boys School in New Malden, Surrey and has been honoured by having the £8 million Arts Centre named after him - 'The Clifford H Fisher Arts Centre'.

There is no doubt he is a very collectable artist.
