Original late Victorian binding with leather spine and corners, marbled boards, and gilt tooling to the spine. A solid, well-preserved example with attractive age patina.
Condition:
Good antique condition overall. Expected wear commensurate with age, including rubbing to leather, some edge wear, and minor marks. Internally clean with light age toning; binding firm and pages secure but showing wear to hinge area. Some foxing to a couple of outer pages.
