A striking and highly decorative early 20th-century brass peacock fireplace screen, dating to around the 1920s–1930s, beautifully formed as a fan-shaped peacock with pierced feather panels and ornate cast base.
Crafted in warm brass, this piece features fold-out articulated wings, allowing it to sit neatly in front of the hearth while creating a dramatic focal point. The central peacock body is finely detailed, with stylised feathers radiating outward in classic Art Deco taste.
