A beautiful and highly collectible Royal Copenhagen “Diana” series vase, designed by the renowned Nils Thorsson in the 1970s.
This is the larger, more impressive example from the series, featuring an exquisitely detailed scene of pheasants in natural surroundings, including a nesting bird. The delicate, slightly textured surface and muted earthy tones are characteristic of the Diana line, which celebrated wildlife themes such as game birds, fish and butterflies.

About the Designer:
