A beautiful and increasingly collectible Art Deco period coffee percolator by Royal Rochester, featuring a finely hand-decorated porcelain body produced by Fraunfelter China of Ohio.
This elegant piece showcases a striking hand-painted poppy design, with rich red blooms and delicate green stems set against a clean ivory ground. The geometric form and chrome fittings perfectly reflect the 1930s Art Deco aesthetic, making it both a functional item and a decorative statement.
The pot is fitted with its original glass and chromed lid and base, along with a classic side handle and spout. These Royalite models are highly sought after for their combination of American ceramic craftsmanship and early electric coffee culture.
Condition:
In very good vintage condition overall. The porcelain is clean and bright with no obvious cracks or repairs. Minor age-related wear to the chrome base and lid as expected. Inside is quite clean, lower level inside has discolouration but doesn’t look to have been used much it at all. See all photos as they form part of the description. There is no plug /lead so is sold as is and has therefore not been tested so sold untested.
