A very attractive and elegant pair of antique Edwardian mahogany corner armchairs, dating to the early 20th century. These beautifully crafted chairs feature classic lyre-shaped back splats, turned spindle supports and gracefully curved arms, all typical of refined Edwardian design.
The rich mahogany frames display a warm tone and lovely grain, with sturdy construction throughout. Both chairs retain their drop-in seats. The seats would benefit from being reupholstered.
Raised on turned legs united by stretchers, these chairs are not only decorative but practical, perfect as hall chairs
Measures approx 43cm wide x 43cm depth and seat height is approx 37cm and approx 63cm height to the back support
