Original Watercolour Dated 1878 of A Rural Essex/Suffolk Borders scene by Alfred Pizzey Newton R.W.S (1830-1883)
Pizzey specialised in the depiction of mountain scenery. He worked in the Highlands of Scotland and obtained the patronage of Queen Victoria when he was painting near Inverlochy Castle.
