Henry James Lockley was born in 1854 in the West Midlands. He exhibited 39 works at the Royal Birmingham Society of Arts between 1877 and 1899.
There are 2 of his works at the Wolverhampton Art Gallery
Last exhibited in 1904 and not sure what happened to him from that date onwards
The frame measures approx 51.5 x 63.5cm
